I am a local businessman,born and raised in northwest Iowa. Born into an artistic family, I have always looked for the proper medium to express my artistic interests. After trying several different mediums, I have found that my love of nature and photography to be the right combination.

My journey has led me to a collection of images from northwest Iowa and from the shores and woodlands of the north shore along Lake Superior in Minnesota.

I live surrounded by corn and bean fields and some of the best waterways and prairies on an acreage west of Graettinger. This is inspiration on a daily basis, and when a recharge is needed the beauty and remoteness of Lake Superior is where I can be found continuing my journey.
